The Elmseed Enterprise Fund is a non-profit 501(c)(3) micro-credit organization that provides small, low- interest loans and technical assistance to entrepreneurs who wish to start or expand a small business in the New Haven area. By offering loans to entrepreneurs who might have difficulty obtaining a loan from traditional credit sources, Elmseed seeks to diversify and strengthen the New Haven economic community.
